Hello. I’m a middle school lacrosse face off man. I’m trying to find out the best kind of mesh to use. I also need to be able to shoot and throw with it.

Hey Connor,
The best mesh I have found for face off men is Soft Canadian Mesh. This stuff is awesome! It is twice as thick as regular soft mesh and can take quite a beating. However, unlike soft mesh, soft Canadian mesh does not develop whip or throw down as much as soft mesh. It will take some getting used to but I absolutely love the stuff for face off guys.
Way back in high school I strung our FOGOs head with this and he swore by it. He went on to be a FOGO at a solid D1 program.
